I cannot shower Plumbing Solutions and Andy with enough praise. Simply, Andy is plumb amazing. On time. Respectful. Efficient. Joyful. My shower was not working. Andy had it assessed and repaired (without having to notify my neighbors…yay) within one hour. He then took the time to make sure I was happy with it. Mistake on his part. I then had other questions, all of which he was kind enough to take the time to answer. And just when he was almost out the door, I asked him to check the settings on my hot water heater. It had been moved to barely warm by an unnamed someone (oops) and he reset it. He also advised me to move all my art supplies from around the heater. Who knew? Andy did. All the cracks you hear about plumbers…none of them apply. Use these guys and you will be flooded with gratitude. Maybe not the best choice of words, but you get my point.
